It’s compact, rechargeable, heats quickly, and is designed to work with dried blends as well as liquids. So if you’re looking for an essential oil vape that also doubles as a dried blend vape, you’re on the right path because, unlike the LX, the SX has got you covered at both destinations.
Made by Wulf Mods, a relatively new company in the world of vaporizers, the SX provides a quick and easy means by which to vaporize your blends. Usage is straight forward, you basically remove the mouthpiece, load your blend, reattach the mouthpiece, heat it up, wait for the roast, and inhale.
To turn it on you press the power button 5 times sequentially which is the same as the Wulf Vape LX. In fact, these two portable vape pens are incredibly similar with the only material difference being the fact that the LX is designed strictly for dried blends whereas the SX will vaporize liquids as well.
Due to its digital temperature controls which include two buttons to adjust the temperature up and down and an OLED display to tell you where you’re at and what’s going on, adjusting the temperature is extremely straight forward. All you do is turn it on and press the up and down arrows to adjust the temperature to your liking…simple as that.
Being relatively cheap, scoring fairly well in overall funtcionality, and offering the versatility of a vaporizer that can handle liquids and dried blends alike makes the SX a serious contender for the title of the best portable vaporizer under $200. Is it worth the money? We believe it is. While it’s not our favorite portable, it is one of the best low cost portable vapes we’ve ever tested.
