Cloud V Vape Pen Review
The Cloud Vaporizer by Cloud V Enterprises, a California based vape manufacturer, is designed to vape liquids and concentrates with the press of a button, and when it comes right down to it, it does what it’s intended to do. But just how well is the question we’ll be answering in this review. So if you want to know whether it’s worth your hard earned fiat paper, you’ll want to continue reading as we give you the low down on what this vape really entails.
To the untrained eye it appears similar to the Micro G Pen, but its cartridge is what really sets it apart. To be very honest, it is quite similar to more than a few competing vape pens currently on the market, however, it’s worth noting that the manufacturer is protecting its intellectual property by pursuing legal remedies against at least one alleged copycat. So if you notice some competing pens looking strangely similar that might be because they’re knockoffs. And if you’re wondering why someone would take the time to counterfeit this vape, well, the old saying “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery” comes to mind. But let us address the real reason why you came here, i.e. just how well does the Cloud work.
The overall size of this little vape pen makes it highly portable which is something we are definitely down with. Its heat up time is better than average so you can rest assured you won’t find yourself sitting around waiting for heat. It’s designed to work with liquids and other forms of concentrates, but not with dried blends, so if you’re looking for a vaporizer that does both you’ll want to consider the DaVinci Ascent or Storz & Bickel’s portable vaporizers like the Crafty and Mighty. If concentrates are your thing, well, the Cloud has got you more than covered.
As far as size goes, it’s small enough to hold comfortably in one hand and easily slide into your pocket or purse, measuring in at just 4 inches long and 3/8 of an inch in diameter.
As for the heat up time, which we noted above, you’ll be impressed – or at least we were when we first realized just how quickly it heats up. While some vapes take minutes to reach optimal vaping temperatures the Cloud does it in seconds – 15 seconds to be exact.
While there are quite a few things we like about this vape, there is one area of concern as we found that the battery sometimes disconnects from the cartridge when carried in a pocket. While this isn’t a big deal it had us checking the connection before each use. On the upside, we’ve never had the mouthpiece disconnect from the cartridge, which would leave the payload exposed and vulnerable to spilling out. So at least you don’t have to worry about that.
Now the real question is just how well this lithium-ion battery powered portable really works, and in order to answer that question we’ll now address the quality of vapor it produces.
The vapor quality is impressive. The taste could be better, but cloud size is nothing short of spectacular. So if you’re looking for some serious cloudage, the Cloud vape lives up to its name.
All things considered, the Cloud is an awesome buy. It’s inexpensive, highly portable, easy to use, fast to heat up, and vapor production is impressive. If you want to pick one up, we suggest you buy it from this authorized dealer.
